We are delighted to be working alongside this established business in recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Due to growth they now require a QS to join the business and support the commercial team in managing the commerciality of their projects and contracts on site

We are ideally looking for somebody who has Civil Engineering & Construction experience, and somebody who has good working knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts

You will have sound commercial and financial acumen, and be proficient with producing BoQ, Managing Pre-Tender works, Valuations & Variations, Producing CVR's, Subcontract payments and Contract Administration

This is an office-based position with site visits also required. A competitive permanent salary plus package is on offer for this role
