Your new role

• Leading commercial management on large-scale construction projects
• Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
• Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance
• Monitoring project costs, valuations, variations, and forecasting
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
• Providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
• Mentoring junior members of the commercial team

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a QS role, ideally with a main contractor
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across Ireland
