Your new role

You will join as a Senior Project Manager responsible for planning and delivering a major migration project to Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online. This includes coordinating rollouts of M365 apps and services, managing stakeholders, ensuring compliance with governance and security standards, and leading service transition to business-as-usual support teams. You’ll also oversee risk and issue management and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders. The role is hybrid, based in Milton Keynes, with occasional travel.

What you'll need to succeed

• APM PMQ, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, or equivalent certification
• Extensive experience delivering digital or technical projects in secure or government environments
• Strong understanding of governance standards, Secure by Design principles, and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to manage large budgets, risks, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior leadership
• Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project or equivalent

(Desirable: experience with resource management and financial processes in complex organisations)
