About Us:
A construction company specialising in residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to support our team and ensure smooth project execution.

Job Overview: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project managers and site supervisors in planning, organising, and managing construction projects. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
  • Track project progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
  • Assist in preparing valuations, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and meetings.
  • Support the project team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Additional office administration duties for the Office Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in construction or project coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
