Your new role
- Help to modernise and change a global multinationals .com website.
- Work alongside two System Integrators and internal teams to develop and deliver this complex change.
- Build and lead transformational projects for the Marketing & Sales Digital Transformation organisation.
- Own and drive all aspects of project management activity, managing key strategic projects across multiple teams.
- Work within the framework of standard Project Management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the project team, drive the key initiatives and actions to resolve roadblocks and deliver the committed project results.
- Drive substantial business improvement and enhance partner and customer experience through solid project planning, complex problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Provide clear and transparent communication to key stakeholders at all stages of the project
What you'll need to succeed
- Five plus years of experience in project management in large, multinational.
- Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrable transformation or strategic change skills with high solution orientation.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to lead a virtual team located in multiple countries. Experience in an international working environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences, including the senior leadership team.
- Conflict resolution capability and the ability to respond in a politically astute manner.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work hybrid in the Glasgow office.
What you'll get in return
This is a 2-year transformation project with an upfront 12-month contract length. The role falls inside IR35, but an attractive day rate is on offer. You will have the opportunity to shape and drive the change of a major multinational's website. The role offers hybrid and flexible working options.
