Your new role

You will work as a Senior Project Manager and work on a diverse mix of projects across commercial, residential, education and defence schemes, taking the lead on delivery while building strong, long‑term client relationships.   • Leading end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple sectors
  • Managing programmes, budgets, risk and stakeholder communication
  • Overseeing design teams and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
  • Preparing and presenting project reports to clients
  • Supporting business development and contributing to bids
  • Mentoring junior team members and helping drive team growth

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a consultancy environment
  • Strong project delivery background across construction or property
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and autonomy
  • Professional qualification (RICS, APM, CIOB) preferred but not essential
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
