• Team Management: Lead small teams, fostering collaboration with Workstream Leads, SMEs, and the project/programme team.
• Progress Reporting: Provide weekly progress reports and engage effectively with senior leaders.
• Risk and Issue Management: Manage risks, issues, and changes using appropriate processes and tools.
• Solution Development: Challenge the status quo and work collaboratively to define evidence-based solutions.
• Facilitation: Communicate effectively with the business to identify needs, evaluate alternative solutions, and influence outcomes.
• Complexity Management: Navigate complexity and ambiguity, balancing efficiency and effectiveness across multiple workstreams.
• Local Government Experience: Utilise experience in local government, preferably within finance, to drive transformation.
• Resilience: Handle challenging characters and resistance to change with resilience and adaptability.

• Extensive project management experience, with fluency in project management methodologies and the ability to use standard MS tools.
• Proven success in delivering and managing multiple workstreams/projects simultaneously, with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, ability to work at pace, and proficiency in managing complexity across workstreams.
• The ability to thrive in driving transformation across multiple disciplines and cross-capabilities, with a proven ability to make tangible changes.
