A Senior Project Manager position with a leading engineering organisation
A global engineering organisation is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team to assist in taking on some of the world's most exciting and prestigious projects. Key attributes they are looking for will be someone who is collaborative, motivated and detail-oriented. They also highly value technical competence, lateral thinking, first-class communication skills, and robust commercial awareness.
Role Requirements:
- Bestow high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
- Provide an advisory service to clients regarding the projects cost, programme, risks and issues.
- Manage and lead multidisciplinary professional teams.
- Spearhead the communications and relationships with clients and the relevant stakeholders.
- Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
- Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
Essential Criteria:
- Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS, etc.
- Experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in the adoption and management of best practice project management techniques.
- Knowledge of pre and post-contract Project Management responsibilities and be able to deliver this service effectively to clients.
- Experience managing projects throughout the full lifecycle.
