About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Procurement Manager to lead the delivery of our procurement programme with a strong focus on IT and Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) transformation. What You’ll Do
- Lead the procurement programme through an effective business partnering approach, with emphasis on IT and DDaT categories.
- Deliver a responsive, high-quality, and commercially focused procurement service that supports digital innovation.
- Manage complex and high-value technology procurements, leveraging a range of routes to market.
- Implement strategies to manage procurement risk and ensure compliance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15) and Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to embed procurement best practice and support transformation initiatives.
- Drive performance monitoring and reporting ensuring service excellence.
About You
- Proven experience managing large-scale, above-threshold procurements, ideally within IT and digital transformation contexts.
- Strong understanding of technology markets, digital platforms, and agile delivery models.
- Advanced IT and systems skills, including Microsoft Office and procurement tools.
- A collaborative leader who can inspire teams and stakeholders to embrace change.
