Senior Marketing Manager - up to £75,000 + 10-15% bonus - FMCG - London

They are a family-run business, one of the largest organic food and drink companies in the UK, having over 400 products sold globally as well as selling to the largest UK retailers. Your new role
You will lead a team of 5, being the most senior marketer in the company, on the road to success in all areas of the Marketing mix. This includes strategy, brand planning, PR, NPD, budget management, marketing analysis, reporting and analysis, senior stakeholder management etc.

- Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple channels (digital, traditional, PR, and retail).
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a marketing team of 5 professionals across key areas such as digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and market analysis, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging across all platforms, enhancing brand identity and positioning within the organic and sustainability-focused market.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.) that align with company goals and key product launches.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and content creation to increase online presence and customer engagement.
- Market Research & Consumer Insights: Utilise market research and customer insights to guide product marketing, identify growth opportunities, and refine the target audience for maximum impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across various initiatives for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Tracking: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
- Event & Partnership Management: Oversee the coordination of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to boost brand visibility and build relationships with key industry partners.
- Sustainability & CSR: Incorporate the company's sustainability and ethical values into marketing strategies, ensuring that messaging reflects the company's commitment to organic, sustainable living.

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role, ideally within the FMCG, organic, or food industry.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing a high-performing team, with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think creatively and strategically to build marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Digital Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and web analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, with experience of interpreting data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts.
- Branding Experience: A strong track record in brand building, positioning, and storytelling, particularly within the organic, health, or sustainability space.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Passion for Sustainability: A genuine passion for organic products and sustainable living, with a desire to align marketing efforts with ethical and environmental values.
