Private Client Tax Senior Manager, Manchester, Liverpool, £50K-£60K, hybrid working

Your new firm

This Firm is a globally recognised name in accounting and business advisory with a great reputation in the Private Client space across the North West. This team manages funds, businesses and trusts of individuals, families and entrepreneurs across the North, where you will oversee clients’ tax affairs, using the firm’s global reach of entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses.

Your new role

As the Private Client Tax Senior Manager, you will join an already successful and busy team of Partners, Directors and Senior Managers to lead existing portfolios of Private Client Tax Affairs for owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs. This role is a mix of compliance and advisory work, building strong relationships and becoming an ongoing trusted advisor to key clients, with the opportunity to grow and manage the team.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
  • Have experience of private client advisory and compliance work and have in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of private client taxation.
  • Ideally, current or experience of working in the Big 4 or a Top 10 accountancy firm.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
  • Enjoy building strong relationships with colleagues and intermediaries
  • Educated to degree level; and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable appropriate post-qualified experience.
  • People management skills would be an advantage.
