A leading organisation that prides itself on innovation and staff development, offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated finance professional to take on a dynamic role within its accounting function.

Your new role
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of management accounts, ensuring key financial information is verified and analysed for senior management. You will play a critical role in streamlining finance processes and supporting the implementation of new accounting systems to enhance efficiency. This position involves consolidating data from multiple sites to aid strategic decision-making, maintaining key financial schedules, and engaging with external auditors in the preparation of statutory accounts.

You will need a strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience in system implementations and integrations. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage workloads to strict deadlines, and an analytical approach to financial accounts are key to excelling in this position.

What you'll get in return
This role offers exposure to various areas of an accounting function, autonomy to develop and refine processes, and the opportunity to shape financial reporting using new systems. The organisation is committed to staff development, providing significant opportunities for career progression. You will be working in a collaborative environment where innovation and problem-solving are encouraged.
