A temporary HR Advisor role to support our client through a busy period in HR
Your new role
You will be joining the HR Advisor team in a Financial Services organisation for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility to extend or perhaps become a permanent role in the future. This temporary role has arisen due to an increase in HR Ops level work for the organisation and the senior HR team have decided to introduce a new role at this level to help manage HR Operations and ensure the Senior HRBP's can focus on strategic matters with their client group.
You will be supporting managers across the organisation via email, phone and in person with a range of HR queries from general queries, policy and process advice and low level ER case work such as disciplinary and grievances.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a HR Advisor who has experienced supporting the employee lifecycle in a busy and fast-paced environment. You will remain calm under pressure and be confident, credible and expert when giving HR advice to managers on the phone. Your experience will be at a level where you can independently solve most things within the HR ops world, you will have a senior HRBP to escalate complex ER matters, but it will be expected that you will be able to use your previous HR Advisory experience to carve and present solutions to managers. Our client is looking for someone who is also happy to support ADHOC HR project work that may arise during this time.
