Your new role

You will be supporting the Finance Director and managing the day-to-day finance function for the bank. This involved management and financial reporting, regulator reporting, budgeting and forecasting and process improvement, particularly focussing on the financial systems. You will be managing a small team of 6 and deputise the Finance Director as needed. Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of financial reporting and audit
• Manage the month-end closing of delivery of MI and financial reports
• Management of regulatory reporting covering BOE, PRA and Automation Exchange of Information reporting
• Support Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Support implementation of new system
• Team management (6)

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience within banking (or wider financial services) and have good experience with Power BI, FP&A and financial reporting. You will enjoy process improvements and managing a team.
