Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with our client, a well-established and highly successful Northern Ireland organisation, recruiting for a Commercial Finance Business Partner. Your new role
- Developing strong relationships across finance, commercial and operational functions.
- Providing financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
- Challenging and interpreting financial and operational data to drive value.
- Enhancing financial reporting and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Preparing product costings for existing and new product ranges.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning processes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.
- Working collaboratively within a flexible and supportive finance team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Fully qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAI or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a commercial finance, finance business partnering or management accounting role is preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling and data analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, inquisitive and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
