Your new role
  • Developing strong relationships across finance, commercial and operational functions.
  • Providing financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
  • Challenging and interpreting financial and operational data to drive value.
  • Enhancing financial reporting and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Preparing product costings for existing and new product ranges.
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning processes.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.
  • Working collaboratively within a flexible and supportive finance team environment.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Fully qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAI or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a commercial finance, finance business partnering or management accounting role is preferred.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, inquisitive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
