Your new company :

You will be joining a multi-accredited civil engineering business based in Lancashire working on a range of residential projects for key house builders, predominantly based in the North West region with values of up to £20m. This organisation has a strong pipeline of work and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become an integral member of their commercial team and survey for groundworks, roads, and sewers for new building residential work.

Your new role :

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to identifying and reviewing tender opportunities and completing PQQs, pre-contract negotiations, setting up contracts accurately, preparing accurate monthly valuations and variations of works and stock, and ensuring contractual performance.

What you'll need to succeed :

In order to be successful, you will need to have at least 10 years of commercial experience in Groundworks Surveying. This is an essential part of this position. In addition, you must have experience within the residential sector, preferably within multiphased developments. Previous experience of managing a team would be highly beneficial. You must also hold a valid UK driving licence.

In return, you will receive a basic salary starting at £80k/annum (DOE) plus package on top.
