Your Role
• Join a growing team of Quantity Surveyors, becoming the 8th member in a close-knit group.
• Work on a variety of high-value private sector projects across residential, hotel, and commercial developments.
• The business is currently leading one of the largest and most exciting redevelopment projects in the region, offering a rare opportunity to be part of something truly impactful.
• Enjoy full autonomy over your workload, with the freedom to choose projects and gain broad sector exposure.
• Benefit from strong APC support, including mentorship from an in-house APC assessor.
• Represent the business confidently in client-facing situations, with no need for hand-holding.
• Interviews typically involve 2–3 stages, with the opportunity to meet all three partners.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Recently chartered or actively working towards APC.
• Preferably some commercial experience, though not essential.
• Background in consultancy or contracting considered.
• Conscientious, hard-working, and confident communicator.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
