Hays Construction & Property are delighted to be working alongside this established Construction Contractor in supporting their recruitment for an Estimator to join the team. With significant growth in turnover planned for 24/25, this established business is looking to bolster their Commercial team

Reporting to the Director, you'll be from a Construction background, and ideally worked within New Build, Refurbishment & Civils sectors previously

You'll be an experienced and accomplished Estimator, and be able to bring your wealth of experience and expertise to enjoy and support the growth of the business

You'll be tasked with all the usual duties, including:

• Pricing from first principles
• Producing tenders for submission
• Compiling take-offs
• Supporting with new enquiries and opportunities
• Completing accurate bid documentation
• Liaising with all project stakeholders, incl Design Teams and Architects, Local Authorities, Planners and associated Subcontractors
• Working closely with the relevant construction project teams
