I am working with a respected Building Services firm on the outskirts of Southampton who specialise in education, commercial, and industrial projects in the main. They are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer on a permanent basis and will consider all levels, but are not seeking managerial candidates. They will consider candidates who are heading towards retirement as well as candidates at the start of their career.

They are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer on a permanent basis and will consider all levels, but are not seeking managerial candidates. They will consider candidates who are heading towards retirement as well as candidates at the start of their career.
Project values range from £250K to £20M+ and they have an impressive client list including universities, NHS and national infrastructure and logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the technical aspects of electrical design, typically working on projects through RIBA stages 1-4.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop design concepts.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver high-quality designs.
- Some detailed design work will form part of the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical design engineering.
- Strong verbal and written English skills for effective client engagement.
- Articulate and able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
