Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a leading consultancy in Cardiff with the recruitment of a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their busy team.
Your New Role
You will produce engineering designs, calculations and specifications, using appropriate technical software, supervise and coordinate the work of other disciplines including in-house specialists, as well as participate in and leading bids for new opportunities including developing fee proposals and attending interviews.
You will provide leadership and management to the MEP team on a portfolio of projects locally, nationally and internationally, ensuring correct technical approaches are applied to the project and staff are of suitable capabilities to undertake the task at hand.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will have achieved Chartered Engineer status via an appropriate professional institution such as IET or CIBSE, have extensive experience in delivering a range of electrical projects within a building services environment, as well as client-facing experience and project leadership.
What You’ll Get In Return
This role is offered with a salary between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum on a permanent contract with good benefits including a bonus scheme.
