• Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, visualising key business metrics.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their data requirements and deliver customised solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data across all analytical activities.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualisation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Power BI and other data visualisation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is advantageous.
