Senior CRM Executive job, London, up to £58,000 with a leading global law firm.

You will be joining a leading global law firm as they look to invest in their CRM function & plan out their CRM roadmap for the future. Your new role
As the Senior CRM Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining & configuring the CRM system to ensure its fit for purpose, data management & integrity, & implementing improvements to ensure the system underpins the firm’s strategy. You’ll work closely with Marketing colleagues & fee-earners on best practice, training, & adoption.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Central London with a 2/3 hybrid working arrangement. You’ll report to the firm’s CRM Manager & work with colleagues across the globe. This is an exciting time to join as they have lots of exciting projects upcoming for you to get involved in.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong technical understanding of CRM systems – set-up, functionality, data quality best practice etc.
- Previous experience within a legal firm or professional services is ideal
- Familiarity with InterAction would be beneficial
- Can demonstrate experience working with a large CRM database
- Enjoy working autonomously & proactively managing workload/completing tasks
