Your New Role
As a CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance customer loyalty and retention. Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure our CRM system aligns with our business goals and drives success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise CRM Systems:
Manage and enhance our CRM system to boost customer engagement and retention. - Loyalty Programs:
Develop and execute innovative loyalty programs and retention strategies. - Data Analysis:
Analyse customer data to uncover trends and growth opportunities. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with various teams to improve the overall customer experience. - Campaign Monitoring:
Track and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing insights to senior management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience:
Proven experience in a CRM B2C role. - Strategic Insight:
Strong understanding of customer loyalty and retention strategies with a track record of improving engagement and revenue. - Technical Skills:
Proficiency in widely-used CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, GA4, PowerBI, Tableau). - Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Team Player:
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
