Senior Engineer/ Section Manager -Civ Eng (Caribbean) - £70-80,000 net salary + package
*This role is based in the Caribbean.
Our client is a well-established Main Contractor in the Caribbean, and we are supporting them in their search for a Senior Site Engineer/Section Manager to join their delivery team. They cover a broad range of projects on Island from new build (RC/Steel Frame) to Refurb and Civil/Infrastructure. You will be starting work on £45M new build project, due to break ground in April 2026.
You will be confident in your ability to take new build projects (RC/Steel Frame) from precon to delivery in the region of £20M+.

You will:
Manage the works on the project, including management of junior staff and the supervision of subcontractors.
Maintain a record of surveys, site setting out, laying out of grids, the preparation of redline as-built drawings.
Manage Owner EDMS, RFIs, submittals, as-builts and general management of quality control process.
Manage the site safety plan, the preparation of job hazard analysis and risk assessments for all work, safety meeting minutes, incident reports and investigations.
You will have:
A Civ Eng Degree or equivalent and experience with Leica/Trimble total station.
The ability to read / prepare construction drawings using AutoCad.
