Location: Cardiff, UK
Salary: £214 PAYE Basic or £260 per day UMBRELLA
Duration: 17 Weeks Contract
Job Overview:
Managing the build activity ensures this is carried out in accordance with our client policies and processes, H&S, agreed routes, Client specifications, and to the NRSWA and Code of Practice for co-ordination of street Works.
Using expertise and tenacity to overcome challenges, minimalising impact on delivery and or cost from completion to handover.
Responsibilities:
Using key measures of success are to drive installation and quality right first time and in accordance with the building owners and design specifications.
Ensuring all reporting of build types is captured accurately and fed back to the programme.
Support the design partner including external and internal design overview including any associated site visits.
Identification of potential SED's and physical challenges including any potential traffic management requirements, footpath, and carriageway restrictions.
Experience
Needed Strong management ability, communication & negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work alone and within a team structure.
Computer-literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and teams
