Due to continued growth and success, our client is looking for a Senior Engineer to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with expertise in the design and coordination of civil engineering projects, as well as proven technical knowledge. You will have the chance to further develop your career and gain valuable experience as you progress towards a senior management role.
They offer a comprehensive range of civil and structural engineering design, project management, architecture and surveying services, supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle across disciplines. They provide both multi-disciplinary consultancy services and standalone specialist technical services for projects valued over £100 million across the residential, defence, industrial, commercial, healthcare, high-rise, education sectors, to name a few.

What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-disciplinary organisation.
- Aspiration to become a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (M.I.C.E.) or a relevant professional body.
- Good understanding of Section 38, 278 (Highways Act), and 104 (Water Industry Act) agreements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, particularly Civil 3D and Microdrainage (or equivalent software packages)
- Solid understanding of drainage design (foul and surface) , SUDS, highways, cut and fill analysis, FRAs and minor roadway design
- Familiarity with relevant Building Regulations, British Standards, and local authority requirements.
- Experience with designing a wide range of projects from conception to completion, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
