Antrim, to recruit a Buyer to join their Supply Chain team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing business known for its innovation and engineering excellence.
Your new role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in sourcing components, materials, equipment, and services. You’ll be results-driven, focused on building strong supplier relationships, and committed to reducing total acquisition costs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and procurement of a wide range of goods and services
- Managing supplier relationships and negotiating favourable terms
- Monitoring and managing delivery schedules to support manufacturing operations
- Communicating supply issues to relevant teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified, CIPS qualified, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar buying role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in forecasting, replenishment, and planning (SIOP, RCCP, MPS, MRP)
- Proven experience with MRP and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
