Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring all goods, supplies, and inventory required for business operations are ordered and maintained. 
Key duties include:
- Controlling inventory levels and costs
- Managing vendor relationships
- Overseeing supply chain risk and performance.
You will support new product implementation, lead sustainability initiatives within procurement, and negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms. Additionally, you will participate in supplier selection, conduct due diligence, and drive cost-saving projects across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
 - Knowledge of sourcing for electronics and metal components
 - Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools
 - Strong vendor and contract management skills
 - Ability to analyse data and identify cost-saving opportunities
 - Excellent planning and organisational abilities
 - A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
 - Commercial awareness and financial acumen
 - CIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
 
- A structured Monday–Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week)
