Your new role

• Procurement Support: Manage purchase orders, assist with supplier research, maintain vendor records, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Stock Management: Ensure optimal stock levels, coordinate timely replenishments, and support smooth operations.
• Data & Reporting: Update systems with accurate data, prepare reports on purchasing and stock performance, and use insights to improve processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to streamline procurement and stock workflows, and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships, bring energy to the role, and work closely with colleagues and suppliers to achieve shared goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, buying, or stock control
• Strong data and reporting skills with an analytical mindset
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret information and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with inventory or purchasing systems (Microsoft BC is a plus)
• Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach
