Their Glasgow office is expanding, and they’re looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the team.

The Role

As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering a wide range of services across the UK and occasionally overseas. You’ll work on high-impact projects with long-standing clients in healthcare, education, and the public sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building pathology investigations, condition and measured surveys
  • Contract administration and refurbishment project management
  • Technical due diligence and compliance reporting
  • Framework agreements with major clients
  • Opportunities for international assignments
What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
  • MRICS Chartered (or working towards) – CIOB also considered
  • Strong technical knowledge and report writing skills
  • Experience in professional services and project delivery
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
