They are looking for a talented and highly motivated Building Surveyor to join their growing Glasgow team. Your new role

You will be working on a broad range of projects with high profile clients, typically ranging in value from 150k to 30million in value. You will be working closely with other arms of their business in Agency, Valuations, Lease Advisory and Planning and Rating to provide a comprehensive one-stop shop for their clients.

You will be delivering project management expertise on repair and refurbishment, new build and internal fit-out projects. Assisting with coordination of instructions on property portfolios, proactive and self-motivated with a confident and engaging client-facing manner.
