Key Responsibilities

• Ensure CHAPS compliance and manage related controls and risk documentation.
• Operate CHAPS shifts and maintain knowledge of rules and updates.
• Liaise with auditors and support CHAPS-related projects.
• Escalate operational issues and payment queries.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar.
• Experience in CHAPS and SWIFT (MT/MX ISO20022).
• Strong risk and controls skills.
• Knowledge of FCA, PRA regulations, and Consumer Duty.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
