Architectural Technologist Birmingham
Your new role
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for delivering detailed technical design work across all RIBA stages. You’ll collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects, with a focus on quality, compliance, and innovation.Key responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with external consultants and contractors
- Supporting project delivery from concept to completion
- Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies
- Participating in design meetings and site visits
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM experience desirable)
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
