The Role:

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for leading technical projects across all RIBA stages—from feasibility through to delivery. You’ll be expected to:

Run projects independently and collaboratively
Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior staff

About You:

Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist
Chartered (CIAT) or actively working towards chartership
Proven experience in a job-running capacity across all RIBA stages
Experience in the residential sector preferred (other sectors also considered)
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (confident users highly regarded)
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
