Your new company

A practice dedicated to crafting unique architectural solutions that positively influence communities working within various sectors, including education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, and residential. This practice has a core ethos and prides itself on culture and empowerment. Due to recent project successes across the country, they are now looking to add a senior architect to the team.

Your new role
  • Leading a project team and working closely with the director
  • Work in the education sector ; in education projects, strong client management skills & business development.
  • Grow the client portfolio
  • Oversee design, management, and coordination with both internal team members and external partners, including clients and contractors.
  • Be a part of a creative, collaborative environment
  • Drive the design and delivery of projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong communication skills

  • A confident, decisive approach

  • Experience in securing new business within these sectors is highly desirable.

  • 10 years of post-qualification experience, with a proven ability to design according to statutory requirements.

  • Experience in designing and delivering education facilities, especially schools.
  • Strong understanding of DFE practices and the contractors’ framework.
  • A robust portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Confident in client-facing roles and leading meetings and presentations.
  • Ability to manage education projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Proven experience in leading project teams.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
