Your new company
A practice dedicated to crafting unique architectural solutions that positively influence communities working within various sectors, including education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, and residential. This practice has a core ethos and prides itself on culture and empowerment. Due to recent project successes across the country, they are now looking to add a senior architect to the team.
Your new role
- Leading a project team and working closely with the director
- Work in the education sector ; in education projects, strong client management skills & business development.
- Grow the client portfolio
- Oversee design, management, and coordination with both internal team members and external partners, including clients and contractors.
- Be a part of a creative, collaborative environment
- Drive the design and delivery of projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills
A confident, decisive approach
Experience in securing new business within these sectors is highly desirable.
10 years of post-qualification experience, with a proven ability to design according to statutory requirements.
- Experience in designing and delivering education facilities, especially schools.
- Strong understanding of DFE practices and the contractors’ framework.
- A robust portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Confident in client-facing roles and leading meetings and presentations.
- Ability to manage education projects through all RIBA stages.
- Proven experience in leading project teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
