Excellent opportunity for an organised and professional Business Administrator, 3-4 month post in Cheltenham

3-4 month temporary post in Cheltenham.

Up to £19 per hour. 2/3 days in the office required. Monday to Friday: 37.50 hours per week.

Your new role

As a Business Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing general administrative tasks such as expenses, invoices, and travel bookings.
- Coordinating complex diaries and scheduling meetings to maximise time efficiency.
- Organising domestic and international travel for leadership team members.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Scheduling and managing key meetings, including venue bookings and ensuring all attendees are well-prepared with the necessary information.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in a similar senior administrative role, ideally supporting senior leadership. You will have a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be a proactive, detail-orientated individual, with excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
