Interim Senior Accountant with Children's Social Care experience with a local authority for 4 months

You will be working for part of a local authority who are seeking an experienced qualified senior accountant / Finance Manager for 4-months +
Your new role
You will be providing business partnering services to a range of stakeholders in the children's social care area.
The team is small, so you will be an all-round accountant and provide both hands-on management, accounting, financial business partnership and some year-end support as well, overseeing budgets and capital projects within children's social care.Also, if the person had some children's school finance experience in a local authority, it would be a bonus.
What you'll need to succeed
Must be a qualified accountant
Must have public sector local government experience recently in children social care, either in a council directly or in a Childrens Trust setting.What you'll get in return
There is £500 - 550 p/day Umbrella available.
Mainly remote but with some need to visit their office in Birmingham for the odd meeting and to meet and greet the team on the start day to get the laptop etc.What you need to do now
