We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCo to lead our Special Educational Needs provision and make a significant impact on our students' lives.
Your Role:
As our SENCo, you will:
- Lead and manage the SEN provision across the school.
- Create and implement tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff on SEN best practices.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of SEN strategies and interventions.
- Ensure compliance with SEN legislation and school policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience in a SENCo role or similar position
- In-depth knowledge of SEN legislation and effective practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Passion for promoting an inclusive and supportive educational environment
