We’re looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants in Kettering to join inclusive and welcoming schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group SEN support in Kettering schools for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver individual education plans (IEPs).
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
- Support pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional development.
- Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.
What We’re Looking For
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties is highly desirable.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
