About the Role
The jobs we have are dependent on the needs of each school and can be on a full or part-time basis. Working as a supply SEMH Teaching Assistant suit those who have a passion for working within a school and can be flexible and adaptable, due to the diversity of the schools we work with.

We are currently looking for TA’s who have a desire to work with children, this could be within a full classroom, or taking a small group to improve a core skill, for example, reading, or provide 1:1 care for an individual child with SEN.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Assist in developing and implementing personalized learning strategies
- Support students in managing emotions and social interactions
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reports
About You
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for education and supporting young people
- Ability to adapt and respond to challenging situations positively
