What You’ll Be Doing
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
• Assist with personalised learning plans
• Support emotional regulation, social development and communication
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
• Promote positive behaviour and consistency in the classroom Each day will be different, offering meaningful opportunities to help pupils build confidence and independence.
