What You'll Be Doing

• Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
• Assisting with learning, engagement and behaviour
• Creating a safe, inclusive environment alongside teaching staff

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in SEN, care, support work, or education
• A calm, patient, and supportive approach
• Someone reliable who can commit to the hours listed
