A primary school located in Blackpool are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to start immediately.

Your new role
This role will be working on a full-time basis and will involve working on a 1:1 basis with a child in KS1 with mild SEN needs. You will be responsible for learning the specific needs of the child and making sure you provide the correct support, to help push this child to reach their potential. You must be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the pupils as they work and work closely with the teacher to ensure that all work set is delivered and planned in line with pupil ability. You will need to be fully committed to the role and be ready to give it 100%.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children and ideally previously experience supporting SEN children, even if you have limited experience, we want to hear from you. You should feel confident working with children in a 1:1 setting as well as being friendly and enthusiastic. You will need to be available to start as soon as possible and continue through until summer.
