The Role
We are seeking two dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted support to pupils, including those with additional needs, ensuring all learners can access the curriculum and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students in and out of the classroom to enhance learning
  • Working with small groups and individuals to deliver targeted interventions
  • Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working within a school setting, ideally secondary
  • Experience supporting students with additional needs (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, flexible and supportive approach
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
