Location: Kettering
Contract Type: Full-Time, temporary

What you'll need to succeed:
This school accounts for a diverse range of learning needs, including cognitive needs such as Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD) and Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). In addition to these primary needs, some students may also experience:
  • Communication and Interaction Needs: These can include conditions like Autism or challenges related to speech, language, and communication.
  • Sensory and/or Physical Needs: This category encompasses a wide range of conditions, from Cerebral Palsy and hearing impairments to multisensory impairments, physical disabilities, or vision impairments.
You’ll need to be able to successfully build trusting student relationships to motivate and encourage students as required by providing levels of individual attention, reassurance and help with living and learning tasks as appropriate.
