Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistants – Day-to-Day Supply & Long-Term Cover
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Flexible (Full-Time, Long-Term, Day-to-Day Supply)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs? We are seeking dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day supply cover and long-term support in a specialist school in Rugby.
About the Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex needs.
- Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to support academic and emotional development.
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to create a nurturing and structured environment.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support student engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD, SLD, or other complex needs.
- A patient, understanding, and resilient approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant desirable but not essential).
