What you'll need to succeed
My clients are seeking an individual with solid experience gained in preparing accounts within a UK accountancy practice for 2 years or more, and you will need to be able to demonstrate that you know your way around a p&l and a balance sheet. Some exposure to audit would be beneficial.
You will be at least AAT Level 3 qualified. Those who are AAT Level 4 qualified or progressing with ACCA/ ACA exams will be considered.
Alongside the experience and qualifications mentioned, you will be able to manage your time and your work effectively to deadlines, will be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues and will be a good team player.
