My client is an International Consultancy who require a Security Cleared Programme Support Officer with experience of working in a complex Engineering Transformation environment of a large number of Engineers, and bring the ability to actively drive governance control, assurance, escalation management, dependency co-ordination, financial oversight and delivery challenge across multiple Portfolios and Workstreams.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Programme Support Officer with Active Security Clearance (SC)
- Previous experience of working in a complex Engineering Transformation environment of a large number of Engineers
- Ability to actively drive governance control, assurance, escalation management, dependency co-ordination, financial oversight and delivery challenge across multiple Portfolios and Workstreams
- Strong understanding of RAID management
- Ability to operate independently within complex Transformation delivery environments
- Good awareness of first-line and second-line assurance concepts
- Outcome-oriented / control-oriented approach
