A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy are looking for Security Cleared Project Coordinators to support a Windows Deployment project for a 6-month contract, remote role with some occasional travel, inside IR35.

Skills and knowledge required
Trained in project management methodology, for example Prince2, Agile Techniques
Demonstrable track-record of delivering effectively in a Project environment, ideally supporting infrastructure/hardware refresh projects
Skilled user of Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships, able to communicate using multiple methods and with project stakeholders both internally and externally across all levels
An understanding of the importance of project finances and showing an ability to track and manage project finances through the delivery lifecycle of a project
A good understanding of project RAID and the ability to capture, manage and report on all aspects of project RAID.
Ability to escalate issues effectively
Good literacy and numeracy skills and attention to detail
Valid Security Clearance (SC level), non-lapsed

Responsibilities
Project Management Support
General administrative tasks-supporting the project team, including meeting minutes
Supporting the Lead Project Manager with the creation of reports, plan updates, configuration management, commercials and changes
Creation and maintenance of the project logs (including product, risk, issue, dependency and change)
Prepare and issue start-up meeting invitations
Assist the Onboarding Coordinator with onboarding activities
Supporting your Project Manager(s) with other daily tasks
