Catastrophic Loss Associate (3+ PQE) sought after by leading defendant firm
Your new company
Our client is a global defendant law firm who are currently recruiting for a Catastrophic Loss Associate with 3+ years PQE to join either their Glasgow or Edinburgh office. There is potential for this role to be primarily home-working dependent on location.
Your new role
This Catastrophic Loss Associate position will see you responsible for your own caseload of high-value claims including catastrophic injury, RTA, EL/PL and fatal accidents. You will be responsible for the management of junior members of the team, including paralegals and NQs. This role will see you draft pleadings, reports to clients, attend court hearings and conduct liability investigations.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE. Previous experience in personal injury, large loss and/or casualty claims is essential. Experience handling your own high-value caseload is desirable, but applicants with experience assisting on such claims are encouraged to apply.
