- Managing and improving the bid library and wider knowledge bank
- Ensuring submissions align with brand standards, bid strategies and client requirements
- Contributing to wider marketing and pre construction activity when required
This is a collaborative, hands on role where your creativity, organisation and communication skills will directly influence bid quality and win rates.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a bid/proposal, document production or marketing led role

- Excellent written English and the ability to shape persuasive content
- Strong organisation and comfort working across multiple deadlines
- A proactive, team focused mindset
This role could suit someone currently working in:
- An architectural practice
- A construction or project management consultancy
- Another main contractor or specialist subcontractor
- Any professional environment with proposal, document, or design led responsibilities
Why this role is unique

- Exceptional staff retention — people build long term careers here
- Financially robust & highly profitable business offering genuine long term security
- Flexible working options available to support personal and family commitments
- The chance to develop within a respected pre construction team that values quality over volume
What you’ll get in return
A competitive salary, strong benefits package and the opportunity to join a stable, respected contractor that prioritises its people. You’ll enjoy a supportive environment, long‑term progression opportunities, and the security of joining a business with a proven track record of sustainable success
