A highly successful and profitable refurbishment & fit‑out contractor in Edinburgh is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their established pre‑construction team. This role offers exceptional long‑term security and a mature, supportive working environment with genuine flexibility.

Your new role

As Bid Coordinator, you will support the pre‑construction function in producing compelling, accurate and visually impressive submissions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and coordinating bid, tender and PQQ documentation
  • Using Adobe InDesign to create high quality, branded proposals and layouts
  • Tailoring case studies, CVs, project profiles and technical narratives
  • Gathering and organising content from estimators, planners, designers and operational leads
  • Managing and improving the bid library and wider knowledge bank
  • Ensuring submissions align with brand standards, bid strategies and client requirements
  • Contributing to wider marketing and pre construction activity when required
This is a collaborative, hands on role where your creativity, organisation and communication skills will directly influence bid quality and win rates.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a bid/proposal, document production or marketing led role
  • Strong skills in InDesign and MS Office
  • Excellent written English and the ability to shape persuasive content
  • Strong organisation and comfort working across multiple deadlines
  • A proactive, team focused mindset
