Logistics organisation requires a Senior Support Engineer.

A well-established and forward-thinking organisation in the logistics and transport sector is seeking to strengthen its IT capabilities. Operating across multiple sites, the company is investing in cloud infrastructure, endpoint security, and scalable systems to support continued growth and innovation.
Your Role
As Senior IT Support Engineer, you’ll take ownership of core infrastructure, cloud services, and endpoint management. You’ll lead technical projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and help shape the company’s IT strategy. This is a hands-on role with scope to influence architecture and security standards.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Managing AWS cloud infrastructure
- Deploying and securing devices via Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Designing and maintaining secure networks (VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, SD-WAN)
- Leading IT projects and mentoring junior engineers
What You Need to Succeed :
- Proven experience in a senior IT support or infrastructure role
- Strong technical knowledge of AWS and Microsoft cloud technologies
- Experience with endpoint security, device compliance, and zero trust principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Relevant certifications e.g. AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator) are desirable.
