This company is based in Belfast City Centre, they have recently won a large contract and would like to recruit an additional team member to assist with the extra workload. This organisation has an excellent reputation for providing excellent customer service and quality of work.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the time and completion of maintenance calls from key clients. You will be responsible for scheduling inhouse maintenance operatives within a certain time frame. In this role, your end goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. A standard day will consist of the following:
- Receive and priorise maintenance calls
- Coordinate in-house maintenance operations
- Ensure calls and queries are responded to quickly and within contract timeframes
- Raise purchase order to supply chains associated with maintenance tasks
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure clear communication throughout the maintenance process
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to work
