Secretary

A client of ours has got in touch regarding a vacancy they are looking to fill within their business. They are looking for a secretary to join on a permanent basis.

Your typical responsibilities will be answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, typing, preparing and collating reports, filing, organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes). The company are located in St Mellons area, Cardiff.
The role is paying from £25000 to £28000 depending on experience. This is a full time position, working hours are 9 to 5 monday to Friday.
