About the Role:
Are you a passionate and adaptable secondary teacher looking for flexible work in and around Worthing? Hays Education is seeking skilled and enthusiastic teachers across all subjects to support a range of local secondary schools. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to broaden your classroom experience, supply teaching offers the freedom to choose when and where you work while still making a meaningful impact on young people.
You will be delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and 4. Strong behaviour management and a confident classroom presence are essential.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK Secondary schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
